Identifying features

Unknown tattoos on back, tattoo of a 'peacock' on right leg, a 'rose on a leafy stem' on right arm. Injured in a major accident with extensive injuries to 'spine and ribs' and fractures that resulted in scaring on the left leg. Missing person also has a chipped upper incisor with a white cap on it and has both ears pierced.

Additional details

Missing person's vehicle was located abandoned by the K&B Store on Canal Street.
