Last seen wearing dark blue short pants, pull-over blouse of unknown color, slip-on sandals. Wore an antique thumb ring with a "W" and diamond earrings. Had a birthmark on her right buttock. Tattoo of a butterfly in middle of lower back.

Additional details

Went to a birthday party at her ex-husband's house for one of their children. He said she left with an unknown individual. She has not been seen or heard from since.
