Identifying features

Last seen wearing a jacket, yellow rain suit, pants, blue hard hat, dark rubber shoes. Had a mustache/goatee and 10-15 circular black marks on his tongue that are similar to freckles.

Working on the Mississippi River in Waggaman, LA. Possibly drowned.
