Identifying features

TT of a 'devil lady' wearing black boots and having short blonde hair on left forearm; TT of a 'cross' with 3 lines above the cross on right hand between thumb and forefinger; multiple other TTs on both arms. Large lobe gauges. Scar on outer left bicep.

Additional details

MP's brother last saw MP Frasier on 7/4/2019. MP's wife last saw MP Frasier in January 2020 when he left their residence on Duels Street. Family members have not heard from or seen MP Frasier since either of those dates.
