Homemade unknown designed tattoo on upper left arm; A series of dots tattooed on left hand between thumb & index finger; Pierced ear with either a stud or guitar-shaped earring. Fair skin with freckles. Wavy hair possibly shoulder length.

Last contact MP Giddens advised that he was living near Baton Rouge and was 'catching and selling fish for money'. Mode of transportation may be a canoe or small boat. Possibly headed to Florida.
